Stuart has been assisting investors in Australia with property & commercial investment and agribusiness transactions for over 20 years. As a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and graduate of the Financial Services Institute (FINSIA) course in Financial Markets and Corporate Law, Stuart has a wealth of knowledge and experience.
Stuart has acted for major listed property trusts and large private developers both as a senior associate in a large national legal practice and as in-house counsel for two listed property investment managers. As in-house counsel, his experience has included managing property funds and providing legal advice on corporate law and governance matters, as well as national and international property transactions. He is a lawyer admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria and New South Wales also a member of the Law Institute of Victoria.
Brian McMahon

Brian is a lawyer with over 35 years’ experience, in Australian and international corporate and business law. He has a law degree from the University of Melbourne, and an LLM (Masters of Law). He is also an accredited mediator and arbitrator. He has a wide range of experience, and professional excellence, in law, international business, negotiations and Government relations. He has traveled in Asia extensively on business delegations as a lawyer, including China and Vietnam.
Brian is located in New South Wales, is admitted to practice law in both New South Wales and Victoria, and has assisted on a number of property investment projects for RMR APAC Investments. He can assist with commercial property investment advice in the highly sought after coastal regions of Northern NSW, Gold Coast, and also many other regional areas of NSW. He also travels regularly to Victoria to assist with projects there.
